Common questions
Can approval workflows be turned off?
Yes. Approval is one switch for your whole workspace. Turn it on when your team wants a review step, or leave it off to post directly. You'll need to clear any open reviews before turning it off.
What happens when a post needs changes?
An admin can request changes with a note or reject the post completely. The creator receives an in-app update and can track the current decision, feedback, and activity from the Review page.
Do approvals affect scheduled posts?
A scheduled post waits for approval before it can go out. Reviewers see the planned time before they decide. If that time has already passed, approving the post publishes it right away — and the button says so.
